Desert Adventures

You and your crew did an OUTSTANDING job for us for the IBM parties (3500 total people in 5 parties in 2 weeks). The clients were happy and they are talking about doing this again...!!! Thanks so much for pitching in and helping with the relocation (from the Old Miner's Camp) to the Marriott Desert Springs (due to high winds) for the (last of the five parties) party...in the end the client was happy and that what really matters. We are also really excited about the new photo studio(at the Old Miner's Camp). We will definately be pushing the Old Time Photos for our events. Thanks again for all your hard work and assistance in pulling off some great events for IBM~ Desert Adventures Executive

Thank you so much for being open Memorial Day, you truely made our Memorial Day outing just that! We had great fun having our Old West Photos taken in Costume at the Jack Cass Saloon, and what great costumes! Also our whole family enjoyed your Gold Panning at your Miner's Supply. The Old Miner there was really in Old West character and quite the charmer. You and your staff made our Pioneertown experience a great experience and we will tell all our friends about it! 	Let me tell you how much I enjoyed your Wild Bunch 'Fastest Gun in the West Show' because it was such a break away from the usual same old skit that has been going on here forever. 	Pick a Pack~ One hour appearance~ Great for small gatherings, Grand Openings, Special Presentations, Birthday Parties, and all Special Occasions when you want to add atmosphere for a brief event. Pick of 2,3,or 4 Re-enactors for 1 hour or less appearance. (check our Shows page for more choices)

~PICK A SHOW~
	Pick a Show~ Most Shows are scheduled by an hourly rate. Multiple Show discounts are available and multiple hour discounts rates are available for 3 to 12 hour Events. Airfare and/or ground transportation costs apply for Shows over 60 miles from Palm Springs, Ca.

BOOKINGS

To Book a Show simply email us with as many details about your Event as possible. We will evaluate your request and make recommendations for your approval. Once you approve your Event Format we will send you a Booking Estimate. If you accept our Estimate you will be required to Pay a Booking Deposit of 10 percent. Once deposit is received by Gold Camp your Event is locked in. Refunds are refunded with 21 days cancellation notice. (refer to questions page)

	Henry Fencepost~ Old Time Saloon Pianists and Vocalist. If you need an entertainer for a brief appearance (1 hour or less) you may pick from many of our talented performers. (check our Shows page for more choices)

Sherman, the Wandering Banjo Man~ Great Vocalist and also plays guitar and violin.

Rio 'Crusty' Cristy~ Gold Rush Rinky Dink Saloon Pianists. Great vocalists if you like to hear dogs howlin for miles around!
